I love when the bass kicks in at 48 seconds; really neat addition. This would work well in a cyberpunk-esque game :o

A few people are saying this sounds like an intro to a documentary. I see it as an outro. It sounds like the music is commemorating you for achieving something big, sending you its best wishes for your future journey. Pretty song :3 (also, those portamento melodies really make it feel alive; a breathing-like quality)!
